Training for Associate, Certified and Senior instructors, and up-grades takes place at Tao Garden, Thailand every January during the Winter Retreat.

Training for Chi Nei Tsang (CNT) takes place at Tao Garden, Thailand every July during the Summer Retreat.

Associate Instructor Training

Basic Inner Alchemy Course

with Senior 1 Instructor Gillian Reid

Inner Alchemy Associate Instructor evaluation can be taken after this course at an additional cost, providing the prerequisites have been met.

Programme

1) Taoist practical principles and personal inner alchemy chart.

2) Awakening the inner light: energy centres, breathing techniques, inner smile meditation.

3) 3 Fires and 6 Directions.

4) Microcosmic Orbit, 6 Healing Sounds Meditation.

5) Daily qigong exercises.

6) Qi self-massage

Training in UNIVERSAL HEALING TAO SYSTEM

What do I have to bring to the training:

1. Requirements for participation in the training to become a UHT Associate Instructor

Minimum 120 hours of training including:

1.1. participation in at least one workshop with Grand Master Mantak Chia

1.2. 60-70 training hours with a UHT Teacher or with Grand Master Mantak Chia should have already taken place before the start of the training course.

1.2.1.  At least 40 hours of training out of the 60-70 hours must be in UHT Basic Techniques to be demonstrated:
Inner Smile, Small Energy Circuit, 6 Healing Sounds, Spinal Breathing, Shaking, Sitting Meditation Warm-up Exercises.
Chi self-massage, iron shirt chi kung (tree & turtle), qigong warm-up exercises (crane & turtle neck) 

1.2.2. A maximum of 20-30 training hours out of the 60-70 hours can be credited from related UHT topics, e.g.
Healing Love, Iron Shirt Chi Kung II & III, Fusion I, Tai Chi Chi Kung I, Tan Tien Chi Kung or Tao Yin
.

After consultation with the course director, in-depth knowledge of other Taoist schools can be partially recognized.


2. Requirements for participation in the training to become a UHT Certified Instructor

2.1. Participation in workshops with Grand Master Mantak Chia

2.2. 100 training hours with a UHT teacher or with Grand Master Mantak Chia and at least 12 months of practice should
have already taken place before the start of the training course.

2.2.1 At least 40 training hours of the 100 hours must be in UHT core techniques:
Inner Smile, Small Energy Circuit, 6 Healing Sounds, Healing Love, Iron Shirt Chi Kung,
Spinal Breathing, Shaking, Sitting Meditation Warm-up Exercises, Chi Self Massage,
Iron Shirt Chi Kung (Tree & Turtle), Chi Kung Warm-up Exercises (Crane & Turtle Neck)


2.2.2 training hours may be credited from related UHT topics, e.g. Iron Shirt Chi Kung
II & III, Fusion I, Tai Chi Chi Kung I, Tan Tien Chi Kung or Tao Yin
.


After consultation with the course director, in-depth knowledge of other Taoist schools may be partially recognized.

 

2.2.3. With the training level UHT Associate Instructor, the participation requirements for the training course to become a UHT Certified Instructor are fulfilled
